Mix of both planted and ancient woodland, the area consists of several types of trees (pines, larches, oaks, chestnuts) as well as lots of greenery. The woodland has been mainly untouched and in a natural state but with some clear vehicle width tracks running around for easy access.
Plenty of both hardstanding parking and soft ground parking for larger and smaller vehicles.
There are very few neighbours and little to no external noise.
